CO-PRESIDENTS’ MESSAGE
It is indeed a great honour and privilege to be the co-presidents of the Sri Lankan Graduates’ Society for the year 2022/23. We feel proud to lead the SLGS team in representing and supporting the Sri Lankan community at the University of Melbourne.
Our team comprises 16 amazing members representing different schools and faculties at UniMelb. We all contribute our time and talents to celebrate and share our Sri Lankan identity and culture with the diverse community here at the University and in Melbourne. On this website, you can find glimpses of the cultural activities we organize to introduce the rich heritage and culture of Sri Lanka to the community of the University of Melbourne.
To us, the SLGS is a family of Sri Lankan post-graduate students, staff and alumni who share friendships, experiences and always support each other. We invite and encourage all Sri Lankans at the University of Melbourne to join SLGS and become a part of our family. We look forward to having a great year with you all!
